We have lots of experience planning company picnics and will use that experience to help to make you look like a hero.

We can recommend the amount of food to order based on the demographics of your group so you are sure not to run out of food. In fact, to avoid this common worry from corporate event planners, for our No Work Catering Service events we guarantee that you won’t run out of food or you don’t pay. No other caterer in our service area is making that promise.

We have meals for your vegetarian, pork-free and gluten-free guests. (No more running to the store for a special meal for those co-workers.)

We believe in fair pricing and can suggest menu and service options to make the very most of your event budget.

We are committed to on-time food delivery so that you won’t have to wonder if the caterer is going to embarrass you by being late.

And did we mention that the food is great! Exceptional food, plenty of it, vegetarian meals, budget friendly and on-time food delivery–we’ve solved every event planner worry! We want you to enjoy the party, too!

Service Options

If you like, we can drop off the food in easy-to-clean up disposable aluminum pans and you and your committee can take care of the clean up.

Though, since we are sure you already work hard enough, you can choose our No Work Catering Service where we prepare, deliver, and set up the perfect buffet line. We’ll bring everything you need including buffet tables, tablecloths and chafing dishes, and clean up the mess afterwards. Either way, we will make it as easy as possible so that you can enjoy the party, too!

Why? Because once you try the mouth-watering, slow-cooked, hickory-smoked, REAL barbecue taste from Albert Pit Barbecue, you’ll want that authentic flavor at your company event this year!

Get a Proposal By Email

Sometimes it just helps to see it in writing. If you email us with some details about your event we’d be glad to send you some ideas and a proposal. Once we have that starting place, it is easy to tweak the proposal so that if fits exactly your vision for your event.

Tents, Chairs, Tables, White Boards, Microphones, We’ve Got You Covered

Well-planned events take into account all the logistics of an event. Where are people going to sit? Will they be able to hear the presentation? How many port-o-lets do I need? We have chairs, tables, tents, stages, margarita machines, tablecloths, real china and flatware and more. Let us know what you might need and we’ll include it in your proposal.

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your event, and earlier for large parties.

Albert Pit Barbecue has done all the planning, all the cooking, and we will work hard to make sure the barbecue we serve your guests is the same barbecue that we would serve to guests in our own home. It would be an honor to share it with you.
