Korey, What can I say… that meal last night will go down in the annals of the fire department.  Everyone was very impressed with the food and, believe it or not, we finished all the brisket, sausage and pork, most of the ribs and the beans and potato salad.  Pretty impressive for 10 folks and a testament to the food.  Once again thanks for an amazing meal…

I just wanted to tell you that I was down at the “Loveland Loves Barbecue” (which really should have been called “Loveland Loves Roast Covered in Ketchup”) competition this past weekend and I did not find even ONE team whose barbecue could hold a candle to yours.  Not one.  Beef, pork, chicken—it didn’t matter.  It was extremely disappointing for this Texas girl to learn that there are so many people passing off flavorless, fatty meat (slathered in tomato sauce and vinegar) as barbecue.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for having such a great product, and for knowing that REAL barbecue should be able to stand on its own.

I used them for our last Transportation Board meeting and received wonderful reviews form the board members and staff.  Never before have I heard such enthusiastic comments from folks about the food and I’ve been doing this for 10 years now).

Ordering was a breeze, just looked at their menu on the web site, emailed Korey with what I wanted, he sent back a confirmation and that was it.  He was on time and very courteous.  One of the best things about it, other than how tasty it was, was that it was very reasonably priced.

Just thought I’d share this with you—I know I’m always looking for something different and GOOD for my board and other meetings.

Barb & Korey,  We cannot thank you enough for providing the best food for our wedding! I am sorry if we stressed you at all and our lack of knowledge of how many people attended the wedding.  (ed. Note.=  This bride ordered food for 100 guests and 126 guests came…we were able to solve the problem and  had enough food for all!)  Everyone who I talked to was ranting & raving about your food!  I think everything was perfect.  We are so thankful & appreciative.  Also, yet another thanks, for letting us borrow your mason jars.  That saved us a lot of money and they looked so beautiful!
